Each Player may register only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, household, IP address, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Brotogel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and select cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT). Additional methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, the Company monitors all transactions. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a legitimate and identifiable source of funds may be frozen pending investigation. The Company reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Brotogel offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, and migration bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and, where applicable, supersede these general Terms.
Exploiting bonuses through matched betting, hedge betting across accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse. The Company reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such activity and to terminate the Account in question.
Transparency Commitment: All wagering requirements, maximum bonus cashout limits, eligible games, and expiry dates are clearly stated within each individual promotion's terms. Brotogel does not impose hidden bonus conditions.
All sports bets — including pre-match, in-play, and Mix Parlay wagers on competitions such as Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and UFC events — are accepted subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform. Bets are final once confirmed unless a demonstrable technical error has occurred on the Company's side.
Live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo are governed by the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer studio provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome of any incomplete round shall be determined in accordance with the provider's standard disconnection policy.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, premature abandonment of a sporting event, system errors producing manifestly incorrect odds, or any instance where the integrity of the event is called into question. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account balance in full.
The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous (including but not limited to "palpable error" or "palp" odds significantly deviating from the true market). Players are expected to bring any apparent pricing errors to the Company's attention immediately rather than attempting to exploit them.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Brotogel Platform. Breach of any of the following will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

All content on the Brotogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Brotogel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the Company's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brotogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Brotogel's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Brotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Verified Deposited Funds (less any amounts properly withheld) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be assessed, and Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal criteria will be removed from the Account balance.
Brotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform and may request Account closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brotogel holds its primary gaming licence. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
